Question 1

I currently write orders in a notebook. Is switching time-consuming?

Accepted Answer

No. You enter orders directly on your phone, or we can preload your flower catalog. The interface feels like a notebook, but it can search, filter by date and remind you about delivery times.

Question 2

Will the system slow down when holiday orders spike?

Accepted Answer

Data is stored in the cloud and supports multiple people at once. Filter by date, delivery time or status and work through orders in batches without opening several notebooks.

Question 3

Can customers order flowers on the website themselves?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Customers browse arrangements and prices, then leave their details; the order goes to your list for approval first. The website shares the same flower catalog as the management app.

Question 4

Could my shop’s data get mixed with another shop’s?

Accepted Answer

No. Every shop has its own separate system and data is never shared with other shops.

Question 5

Do I have to use AI?

Accepted Answer

No. AI is optional: it reads messages or photos and drafts an order for you to review. You can use only order management and the website without AI.

Question 6

Can I use it on my phone?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Install it on your home screen like an app; you get notifications for new orders and reminders before delivery time.

Question 7

What happens after the free AI period ends?

Accepted Answer

You can continue with a monthly AI plan: 1,000 uses for 59,000₫, 3,000 uses for 149,000₫ or 8,000 uses for 349,000₫. It is optional and you can stop anytime.
